Your meditation cushion helps you to sit upright and maintain a stable core during your yoga practice and meditation. Thanks to the dimensions of 32 ø x 13 cm, the meditation cushion can be used universally. The elevated sitting position relieves your lower back and knees and helps you to fully concentrate on your meditation. Our yoga pillows consist of a removable corduroy cover (Oeko-Tex 100) and a 100% cotton liner filled with organic buckwheat husks. Thanks to the zipper, you can easily remove or refill the filling to adjust the firmness of the pillow to your individual needs.
