Information about Butterflies The butterflies come from farms and are neither protected nor endangered. They died naturally. Product Details Glass dome composed of 2 preserved butterflies: Papilio Helenus from Thailand and Papilio Demoleus from the Philippines. The butterflies are black and white. The preservation and composition of this piece are done by hand. Since each butterfly is slightly different, all our pieces are unique. Therefore, each creation may be slightly different from the photos on the site. Dimensions: H22 - D14 cm. As each piece is very fragile, handle it with care. We advise not to remove the glass dome to avoid damaging the butterflies. For optimal preservation, avoid direct contact with sunlight.
