It took a long time for my order to be accepted, and a long time for it to arrive. When it arrived, two of the four products were missing. I struggled to get hold of the brand, and when I asked for replacements they issued a refund with no explanation or apology. Really disappointed because the products are beautiful and I was very excited to stock them.
