Artero exceeded my expectations with their fast shipping, professional high-end packaging and quality products. Artero also described their products appropriately which is helpful to myself as a professional pet stylist. Only complaint I could make us sturdier nozzle on the Dematt-X, the bottle fell off my grooming tables 6 in off floor and broke nozzle and made bottle inoperative. No fault of Artero bur maybe a little sturdier nozzle on professional bottles would help.
