I'm in New England and like to get the fall/winter clothes in BEFORE the season. It's now the end of October and most of the preorder products that I ordered in July and were supposed to ship in September still haven't shipped. Some have been cancelled and others moved to ship as late as December. Not really reliable in terms of fulfillment. I like the clothes, but will be ordering much less going forward.
