Stronger than hickory or oak, the Upcountry Rectangle Cutting Board is shaped from acacia wood. This wood comes with a kaleidoscope of coloration and is naturally water-resistant. The Upcountry Rectangle Cutting Board has a rounded wood handle for hanging or carrying. The rectangular shape of the board is irregular to give it a more organic feel. The Upcountry Rectangle Cutting Board is for decorative use only.

Upcountry Rectangle Cutting Board
The Upcountry boards exceeded expectations, they're really beautiful. The Reproduction boards are a little underwhelming for the price. While they're very large, the quality comes across much rougher and flimsier, and the texture really isn't food safe. Similarly, the Upcountry boards were well-packed for shipment, but the Reproduction boards were massively overpacked--8 boards produced two contactor bags of packing paper trash.

This was probably my 5th order with Blueocean traders and I could not be more satisfied!!! they ship VERY fast, and everything is packaged very well (I have never received anything broken from them)!
