The myth of the Cosmic Egg has played its role in many myths and magic, spanning many cultures over time. It cracks open to give birth to all that exists. All life begins in the darkness, whether inside an egg, a seed, or a womb. It must burst forth in its own time to come into the light and into life. ...in the beginning there was only darkness... The void is a state of primordial unity from which life and the universe emerge. The void and egg are both symbols of creation, emergence, and the interconnectedness of all things. The egg also represents the soul of the philosopher; the serpent, the Mysteries. Eggs are a precursor to life. I recently received my candles, and they are absolutely beautiful! The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding -you can tell so much care went into making them. While it took a little longer to receive them, the wait was completely worth it for such high-quality candles. I'm beyond happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again!
