Wholesale Fleur de Sel

Fleur de Sel is harvested from the surface of the water in the sauna areas and is composed of very fine crystals. It is formed under the combined action of the sun and the wind. This Fleur de Sel (or “Sau-fine”) naturally white when dry, has a slightly pink hue when harvested and gives off a scent that resembles that of violet. This is one of the peculiarities of Fleur de Sel, which is very rich in magnesium. Fleur de Sel, or Salt du Saunier, is a noble salt reserved for the table and for culinary art preparations.
