Al onze producten zijn handgemaakt, waardoor iedere kandelaar uniek is er nét even iets anders uitziet en net van elkaar in kleur verschilt. Hierdoor zijn ze extra leuk te combineren en weet je dat je een one of a kind product in huis haalt! Zowel in kleur als structuur is deze kandelaar uit onze Tamegroute serie handgemaakt in het gelijknamige dorp Tamegroute in de vallei van de Draa-rivier in het zuiden van Marokko. De kandelaar is in maar liefst 8 verschillende maten te krijgen. Zo heb je de mogelijkheid om voor verschillende maten te kiezen zodat je er een leuk setje van kunt maken!

I placed a large order for a specific client. I confirmed lead times. After order placed there was almost no communication. Items sent did not match the order, came in multiple late shipments, and still never got what I ordered. A really disappointing experience because the ceramics are gorgeous.

Third time I've ordered (one wonders why I persist) broken products, missing items, no referencing, no quality control, a Chinese puzzle to understand which item corresponds to what since nothing is organized... beyond disappointment, it's exasperation... Too much loss, time, and prices that have really increased in a completely random way. That was the last time... a shame because the craftsmanship of Tamegroute is truly beautiful.

One item was broken. poorly packaged. It is not worth spending time to return. I cannot sell these items as is. I will mark down for less than what I paid or grow them away. I do not like to sell inferior products.
