Love ZUM I have personally been using the product for over ten years so when I opened up a boutique it was an easy decision to partner up with them to sell it. Only issue I have had is with the packaging. Many of the detergents have leaked (which I kind of expect, so as long as it's not that much it's ok I just have to take the time to clean them), the dryer ball boxes on several were pretty damaged and I cannot sell them like that, have been waiting on reimbursement.
