SHINY CHERRY DROP WITH LEAF KEYCHAIN BAG CHARM | 40KC126
The cherries look great and so expensive but the red part falls off so easily. You can reattach them but if you're reselling, it's not worth it.

Thank you for your honest feedback—this item is actually one of our bestsellers with over 10,000 sold, and this is the first time we've heard about the red part detaching so easily, so we're taking it very seriously. It sounds like your cherries may have had a rare defect from a batch. We never received any direct message from you about the issue, so we weren't able to step in and rectify the issue before you decided to give us feedback publicly. —JOSSLYN by wall to wall • 2 févr. 2026

I received a few items I did not like this time but they made it right! I appreciate that very much. Most of their items are good quality and quick shipping.
