Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that this pouf is listed and sold as "Unstuffed," clearly stated in the product title. An unstuffed pouf is intentionally flat by design — a fully disclosed product feature, not a defect. Each pouf model has its own listed measurements and dimensions, available on the product page. When the return was requested, the stated reason was that measurements were not as expected — indicating the product description was not read carefully. At no point during our full exchange was any stitching issue mentioned. This concern appeared only in the review, which raises serious doubts about its validity.
