Riza's Wholegrain Tahini is produced in traditional stone mills on the Island of Lemnos by Nikos and his family, the third generation operating these stone mills. Our Tahini is produced using local sesame seeds, using ancient grinding and extraction methods, handed down through generations. This superfood contains many nutrients, including proteins, fibers, copper, selenium, phosphorus and is free of any additives.
