We ordered the pillows and the seller communicated right away with an estimated ship date. Great! That came and went, I attempted to contact them numerous times through the Faire app messenger. None of my messages were replied to. Finally contacted Faire for assistance after weeks of waiting after the 6-8 week estimated time… and THEN Faire told me they would be shipping by X date. The seller has yet to reply to a message. Good product but not sure I’ll order again.

It took months to get the pillows, I wish I would have cancelled before they FINALLY sent them to me. Completely disappointed with the quality and size of the pillow. They is NO WAY to sell this pillow and make a profit. Note to prospective buyer: make sure you really look at the size of these pillows (my fault that I didnt). They are really small and not even close to the size of a throw pillow.
