Zibibbo is an aromatic grape variety introduced to Sicily by the Arabs. Vinified dry in Marsala, it offers intense aromas of citrus, white flowers and marine salinity. Grapes: 100% Zibibbo Designation: IGP Terre Siciliane Harvest: Harvest carried out at night between the third and fourth week of August. Aging: 3 months in stainless steel, 1 month in bottle Alcohol: 13% Serving temperature: 8–10°C Pairing: Pairs well with white meats cooked with spices and with crustacean soups or particularly flavorful legume soups. It can also be an excellent match for spicy dishes without tomato or for blue‑veined cheeses. Appearance: Pale straw yellow. Nose: Intense citrus aromas such as orange blossom and grapefruit together with delicate hints of eucalyptus. Palate: Pleasant acidity, a light structure and enjoyable notes of lychee and banana with touches of oregano and sage that accompany a notable length.
