Brewing Instructions: Use 1 teaspoon (~2g) of tea for every 8oz of hot water around 175-180F (not boiling!) Let it steep for 2-4 minutes (3 minutes is just right). Avoid boiling or boiling water as it can make the tea taste bitter.
