Placed a very large order and 3 titanium flat irons were missing. Went to contact the seller and didn’t receive a reply, customer service replaced the order and the seller cancelled the order stating out of stock. It would’ve been nice to let me know prior to shipping my order so I can replace my items seeing there’s a minimum order amount. Highly disappointed. Still no reply from the seller about possibly fixing this.
