Our Moon Cycle Herbal Tea is a nurturing herbal tea created to support the natural rhythms of the body and bring comfort throughout the menstrual cycle. This thoughtfully balanced blend of plants is known for helping to encourage hormonal harmony, ease monthly discomfort, and promote a sense of grounding and balance. How to Use: Add 1-2 tablespoons of our adaptogenic herbal tea blend to hot water and allow to steep, covered, for approximately 10 minutes. Enjoy on its own, or with lemon, honey or additional ingredients of your choosing. Alternatively, place 1-2 tablespoons into a glass of water, cover and store in the fridge for approximately 6-8 hours for a cold infusion.
