Lyre’s London Dry is a must-have in my non-alcoholic bar lineup, so much so that I’ve started buying it in bulk because I can’t seem to keep a bottle in the house for long! It delivers that crisp, botanical gin flavor I love, making it the perfect base for countless mocktail creations. I especially enjoy mixing it with a bitter orange aperitif and garnishing with a fresh orange slice for a bright, sophisticated twist. When I’m in the mood for something classic, I make a G&T.
