He dove head first into the streets of Baltimore and ruled from the mid 70s to the late 80s. In the midst of his reign, Eve gave birth to Abel ('76) and Caine ('80). An atrocity struck the modern day first family when Eve was brutally murdered in front of her sons. That lit the fuse of vengeance in the Wingate boys; a fuse that has haunted the Wingate men dating back to the 1930s.
