I have threaded these onto elastic so they have a little bit of stretch to them. My handmade cute Pom Pom collars are comfortable for doggies to wear, run around and play in, but as these are decorative items and contain small objects please watch your dog when they are wearing them as they are not indestructible and should be removed before any rough or muddy play.
