Placed an order, our order came super quick with very thoughtful informational material on storage recommendations and shipping. Had a bag with a leak upon arrival, no biggie liquids are tricky, and the Jaffe's team was very helpful with the replacement. Reaching out to them directly is best (not through the Faire platform, they incur less cost on their end for sorting out shipping fixes, and their team is responsive and nice). Tried out the vension broth, my dogs and cat are hungry for more.
