This mead is straw melon in color, with a cloudy appearance, as it is neither filtered nor clarified, true to a handcrafted product, unique and with its own character. Its aroma is slightly fruity, reminiscent of natural cider. Natural Mead Semi-dry in flavor, smooth, and with low persistence, so it doesn't overly sweeten the palate. Ideal to enjoy on its own or with cold cuts and cheeses. Pairs very well with gouda and other fatty cheeses.
