Took a long time to receive; multiple items missing or damaged. Cute things but not the highest quality or best service. They are good about returns and credits. It’s hard to judge quality online.

Anything that I have received from ZAD (pronounced ZOD), has been gorgeous and popular with customers! I also appreciate that they called me personally to check on me and thank me for my business. It's nice to find companies who still understand that personal connection piece, these days!
