Item retail is $100, so our customers expect a quality product in the box and in excellent condition. However, both items were shipped in the product boxes, with the seams taped and the shipping label slapped directly on the product box. As a result, the box is unusable - dented and with a paper label that's impossible to scrape off. The product is excellent, but the experience has cost us time and money.
