In our toy store, our customers love trying out the free demo pony that Ponycycle sent to us. We have so many happy kids that buy the ponies we sell, because they are able to see and ride them in person. They are easy for young kids to ride and they only take a minute to put together. The customer service reps are very responsive to emails or messages on here. The company doesn't have a phone number to call, so we researched them first (they're legit) and have been buying from them since then.
