Description

Each rug in this collection is entirely hand-knotted by master artisans using an exquisite blend of the world's finest wool and luxurious bamboo silk, sourced from renowned mills celebrated for their unmatched fiber quality. The fusion of premium wool and bamboo silk creates a breathtaking sheen and depth of color that shifts beautifully with the light, giving every piece a radiant, almost liquid luster no synthetic fiber could ever replicate. The wool lends remarkable durability and a plush, substantial hand-feel underfoot, while the bamboo silk introduces a silky brilliance and refined elegance, elevating the abstract, ever-changing pattern into a true work of art. Designed to transform any living room, bedroom, or office into a space of quiet luxury, these rugs bring together old-world craftsmanship and modern abstract design in a way that few can match. *All pricing is based off of 8x10 measurements, sizing can be altered by request CARE INSTRUCTIONS Hand-Knotted Wool & Silk Rugs VACUUMING Vacuum regularly using suction only. Never use a beater bar or rotating brush, as it can pull and damage the silk fibers and fringe. Vacuum in the direction of the pile, and avoid running the vacuum over the fringe. SPILLS Act quickly. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry white cloth. Never rub or scrub, as this can spread the stain and damage the pile. For water-based spills, blot with a slightly damp cloth using cold water only, then blot dry. Do not use household cleaners, oxi-based products, or spot removers on silk. These can permanently discolor the fibers. SUNLIGHT Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can fade natural dyes over time. If the rug is placed in a sunny room, rotate it every few months so any fading occurs evenly. ROTATION Rotate your rug 180 degrees every 3 to 6 months to even out wear and sun exposure, especially in high-traffic areas. RUG PAD Always use a quality rug pad. It prevents slipping, reduces wear on the foundation, and protects both the rug and your floor. PROFESSIONAL CLEANING Have your rug professionally hand-washed by a specialist experienced with wool and silk every 2 to 4 years, depending on traffic. Never steam clean, dry clean, or machine wash a hand-knotted rug. SHEDDING Light shedding is normal for new wool rugs and will diminish with regular vacuuming over the first few months. SPROUTING If a loose yarn or knot appears, do not pull it. Trim it carefully with scissors level with the pile. STORAGE If storing, have the rug cleaned first, then roll it (never fold) with the pile facing inward. Wrap in breathable material such as cotton, not plastic, and store in a cool, dry place.
