loved the quality. Their customer service is the best. The only thing we didn't like is that some of the items like the chore chart doesn't really show what's in the box, it doesn't show pictures, so this can make it hard to sell in a brick and mortar store because clients can't see the pictures and description like they do in a website. We ended up having to print pictures to display next to the charts so people can see what's inside. The rest is great, we may just pass on the charts next time
