All artisans are paid upfront for their work, ensuring reliable and dignified income that supports their families and communities. Beyond employment, 100% of proceeds from The Bead Project are reinvested into our nonprofit programs which support initiatives such as vocational training, education, healthcare, and spiritual and community development.
