I have messaged them a couple of times with no response days later. The bulk of my order they put on backorder. 3 month backorder. They did not answer my questions or give me an opportunity to cancel entire order. Instead they charged me $23 to ship two necklaces. Used Fedex overnight but packed items sloppily into a USPS Flat rate box. -No communication -No customer service -Over charges for shipping that was not asked for -Shipping they used cut deeply into profit margin -Product value low
