Spontaneously fermented wine, vinified in an artisanal way, aged in steel for 9 months and another 9 months in cement, aging in the bottle for 7 months, light filtration. Satin cap. Straw yellow wine with a complexity of aromas on the nose, which include ripe grapefruit, white peach and chamomile. On the palate, fresh aromas of apple, pear, ripe grapefruit and a note of bitter almond in the finish. A certain petillance, a marked minerality and a tactile creaminess, with a persistent finish, with a well-integrated alcohol content and the good balance between fruit and acidity make it a very elegant wine for every great occasion.
