All natural handmade beeswax food wraps. It is an antibacterial, re-useable, and compostable alternative to plastic wrap, tin foil, plastic bags, and more. All of our beeswax is carefully collected and cleaned from bees raised NJ - we use wax from our own bees where possible, but sometimes supplement with wax from other trusted beekeepers. Artwork is hand painted by founder and CEO of Planet B - Kristen Carle and printed by Spoonflower. Comes in 4 sizes (measurements may vary slightly): • S (7”x7”) • M (9 3/4”x11 3/4”) • L (11 3/4”x14”) • XL (14”x21”) Starter set available (1S, 1M, 1L) • Please read all use & care instructions on packaging (viewable in product photos) • Note: Product may leave a slight residue for the first couple of uses, which comes right off with soap and water • Note: Testers come from excess materials and are not representative of any size.

As I mentioned on messenger, this is extremely abnormal for us, and as much as I would love to be able to directly refund you to make it right, I do not have access to do so through Faire, which was why I asked you to go through their refund process, not realizing you were outside of the return window. I reached out to Faire customer support, and Faire is going to re-open the window for you to submit a damage report and get a refund from them. I really wish you let me know there was an issue in submitting the report through Faire so you could give me the opportunity to make it right before submitting a bad review. As a fellow small business owner, I'm sure you can understand that things happen sometimes (like you mentioned) and a lot of stuff on Faire is unfortunately out of my control as a brand.
