Meditation mats zabuton is mostly used in combination with a cushion. The cushion will help you with posture and the straight spine, whilst the Zabuton will free up pressure points both on your knees, and ankles as well as keep them away from cold. Our meditation mats zabuton are filled with recycled wool fibers. It provides an ideal cushioning absorbing your weight without being compressed. These are really beautifully made and are everything we had hoped for - rich colors, well crafted, double layered, discrete zippers, perfectly sized. These were obviously shipped far - from the Netherlands to the US Midwest - but shipping ended up costing about $16.50 per cushion. I wish there was a way to better anticipate shipping costs ahead of time instead of being surprised. That said, we are still very happy with the purchase and they were packed nicely.
