I have ordered the hooded teddy/sherpa vest before. It's been a customer favorite. I personally prefer to size up but would say it is true to size especially since it is designed to be worn open. The rhinestone jacket is amazing. It took my breath away when I pulled it out. It would say it is true to size. It is designed to be worn open or just hooked at the collar. Great quality. Very happy.
