This arrived in multiple boxes. They were all damaged which resulted in missing parts and hardware. It’s been a nightmare trying to get this seller to send me replacement parts. They have informed me that this is a discontinued item so parts are available. They did find some parts to substitute but trying to get them to send to me has been impossible! Why are they selling discontinued machines?! I am just so frustrated and Faire has yet to help get my money back!
