It covers the groundbreaking ceremony, fundraising efforts and the dedication ceremony. During the dedication a keynote speech, by a life long River Edge resident, was given which focused on the five individuals - Christopher Allingham, Todd Ouida, Jennifer Louise Fialko, Scott Rohner and Bonseok Koo.
