I think it's the prices. They are just too high for the products. Most of the similar products I sell from other wholesalers are less expensive. For instance, the spiral notebooks, while cute, retail for $17. I have similar sized notebooks from Rifle that sale for $18 for three. And the Inkello stationery set sells for $19, while others in the store are around $12-15. So the products just sit unless I mark them down.

These journals and notebooks look so great on the shelf and they're appealing to both kids and adults, which is perfect for our store. Christy has been really responsive, and the orders come fast and beautifully packaged. No downsides!
