These are a show stopper in my shop - customers are thrilled to see representation in such a beautiful way - the kits are so beautiful it is hard for customers to choose just one. Packaging is great with a digital guidebook for less paper waste.

These kits come with a QR code that leads to useless instructions. I made multiple attempts thru Faire, Email and Instagram to contact maker before she FINALLY responded, explained to her the issue and a timeline for resolution, and then GHOST. These kits could be amazing. I work with makers to troubleshoot when something goes wrong, but can't work with poor communication. I can't afford to have unusable stock. I gave up after finding her Etsy riddled with similar complaints.
