Wholesale Mermaid Cake Topper

Mermaid 1st Birthday Cake topper Purple and Aqua cake topper for your Under the Sea/Mermaid party. I made this one with 3 purple triangles and a white ONE. I then added aqua and purple fabric in between. It is tied to string it is 8" long. I then attached it to bamboo skewers that are 12" in length. You can move the string up or down if you need to once you place it on the cake. *Please note that these banners are completely hand made, so there will be imperfections as anything handmade has. The fabric material has a "fringed" look with frayed edges to give it a vintage appearance.
