Our strawberries have no added sugar, coloring, or preservatives. They are simply sliced dried fruit. Each strawberry is harvested at maturity, then sliced and dried by our producer. Depending on the fruit, the temperature and drying time vary to preserve all its benefits. It takes an average of 6 to 9 kg of fresh fruit to obtain 1 kg of dried fruit. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. It may darken over time if not stored in a cool place, but this does not affect its taste quality.
