I don't like to write bad reviews as I am also a small business, but I placed my order and it was suppose to ship ASAP but they didn't send it for two weeks. I messaged them 3-4 times via Fair and Instagram throughout the 2 weeks with zero response. After leaving a public comment on their instagram, they finally responded and shipped out my item 2 days later. I would've kept them, but the diameter was too wide and falls off my wrist easily, so I returned them.
