Wholesale French Grey Sea Salt (Celtic Sea Salt)

Hand-harvested from the French Guerande Marshes, the natural grey color comes from the salt crystalizing on the clay, adding to it minerals and nutrients found nowhere else in the world. Also called sel gris or Celtic salt, it has a higher moisture content and tastes less salty than regular table salt. Stone ground to a finer size, you can use this salt in shakers or it can be pinched directly from salt cellars to add savory flavor to all types of dishes.
