Description
This origin comes from the Cerrado region of Brazil, known for the highest quality beans in the country. The World's largest producer of coffee, responsible for one-third of coffee consumed on the planet. It is grown on nearly 300,000 farms, where it is generally strip-picked and processed using the dry method. Light in body and medium-low in acidity, Brazilian beans are characterized by its earthy, nutty undertones. All coffee is roasted daily and fresh!

We are a family owned restaurant in Arcadia, FL and we have decided we needed to elevate our coffee a bit. We bought a new brewer and bean grinder etc. We were buying exclusively from a friend of ours in Montana who was roasting some delicious beans but he sold his business. We then decided to start offering Florida roasted coffees exclusively and Java D'oro did not disappoint. While we really enjoy the Java Supreme, the Ethiopian Harrar is absolutely exceptional. Exceptional experience & beans!
