Characterized by a bright golden yellow color and sweet flavor, “pummarulella” belongs to the variety “giagiu”, traditionally cultivated in Campania, in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius. The mineral-rich, volcanic soil produces yields unique produce with intense and original flavors. Pummarulella cherry tomatoes are rich in vitamins and pectin, resulting in rich, creamy sauces. They pair beautifully with Mediterranean seafood dishes. Italianavera is an entrepreneurial, female-owned company in the San Marzano DOP area. Inspired by her childhood in the San Marzano region, owner Diana Attianese's goal was to bring the homemade tomato sauces from her youth to the rest of the world.
