While the minty and lightly cinnamon taste dances in your mouth, the burdock, dandelion, and milk thistle go to work in a lightly toasted sort of way. I find it incredibly easy to drink without any sweetener at all, which is really saying something for a girl raised in the South! All packages are measured by dry weight. A 1 oz package will yield approximately 8-10 8 oz servings. Steeping Instructions: Steep 1 teaspoon in 8 oz of boiled water for 5 minutes.
