Tizi Yuzu is a gastronomic gateway between Algeria and Japan inspired by the oranges from the Wilaya of Tizi Ouzou in Kabylia and the elegant yuzu from the Prefecture of Kôchi, on the island of Shikoku, Japan. Using a base of Japanese green tea from Kyushu, this blend of orange and yuzu highlights exceptional terroirs and the fresh, grassy, and tangy bouquet that is delicious infused hot and cold.
