Product came in 3 pieces (vessel- thin draw string stamped bag), (wand- wrapped in tissue paper) and a glass bottle of oil. Felt disjointed and cheap as a high end diffuser. Finish coating on vessel was glossy black which wasn't accurate of the picture or description. The company responded to my message about disappointment and Faire took care of the return.
