A few items arrived broken. I was embarrassed that a pen broke before the customer left the store. I won’t shop here again. Sticking to the more expensive brands.

I was a little disappointed in some items, not going to lie. However, I love most of it so much, that I will purchase again and just steer clear from what I did not like. FYI the teddy bear light up highlighters-the YELLOW ONE- does not show up at all. A customer used it in front of me and that was embarrassing. Also two of my decoder spy pen's lids would NOT secure and were dried up. Other than that, everything was great.
