To wear, you push the back through your piercing hole and pull the earring through at desired length. These do not need an earring back as long as you have a standard piercing hole that has not been stretched. You will receive a pair similar to the ones pictured above.

So far I'm basically happy with the product and delivery time. It's too early to tell if they're going to sell well. Sometimes our customers just need to see the product a couple times before they buy. I bought a pair of earrings myself and I love them:)
