I've ordered form them before and will continue doing so, but one of the incense burners arrived defective (not broken) and I ordered a tourmaline pendant which had the worst energy I have ever felt from a crystal, even after 3 different types of cleansing. we finally got it to feel "neutral" but I'm extremely intrigued as to what would have caused the tourmaline to feel that bad? I had no issues with the Selenite though and everything else was as expected.

Of the rainbow obsidian I purchased none of them had the rainbow and 12 pieces, almost half of the batch were a different type of obsidian altogether. Also both the palo santo sticks and chips bags were ripped open unfortunately. All of my other items were great.
